AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to diagnose and resolve production issues for a high-traffic hiring events product. You will own critical components across multiple projects and collaborate with client-facing teams to triage support tickets.

The role emphasizes ownership, autonomy, and rapid ramp-up with modern tech stacks including Java/Spring Boot, Django/Python, React, Kafka, GraphQL, and databases such as SQL or MongoDB. Flexible remote/office options are offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Java/Spring Boot as the primary skill.
• Django/Python as a secondary skill.
• Experience with React, Kafka, GraphQL, and databases (SQL or MongoDB).
• Build and deployment experience; strong ownership.
• Senior-level ability to ramp up quickly across multiple projects.
• Experience with Dagster, Data Lakes, or Amazon Athena.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and resolve production issues for high-traffic hiring events.
• Partner with client-facing teams to triage and address support tickets.
• Ensure issues meet established SLAs and are resolved promptly.
• Monitor production systems and respond to alerts or degradation.
• Support architecture changes and system integrations affecting events.
• Maintain and update event logic amid dependency changes.
• Assist onboarding and guide junior team members as needed.
