Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve production issues for high-traffic hiring events.
• Partner with client-facing teams to triage support tickets.
• Ensure issues are resolved promptly to meet SLAs.
• Monitor production systems and respond to alerts or performance degradation.
• Support architecture changes and system integrations affecting events.
• Maintain and update event logic with dependencies.
