Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to diagnose and resolve production issues for a high-traffic hiring events product in Manizales, Colombia. You will lead critical fixes, work with client-facing teams, and own architecture changes with a strong emphasis on ownership and autonomy.

The role requires 4+ years of experience and expertise in Java/Spring Boot, Django/Python, React, Kafka, GraphQL, and databases. Remote-friendly with flexible scheduling and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Java/Spring Boot as the primary skill set, first priority.
• Django/Python as a secondary skill set, second priority.
• React, Kafka, GraphQL, SQL or MongoDB are required or desired.
• Build and deployment experience and ability to own projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve production issues for high-traffic hiring events.
• Partner with client-facing teams to triage support tickets.
• Ensure issues meet SLA and monitor production systems.
• Support architecture changes and system integrations affecting events.
• Onboard and mentor new team members; Lead/Senior hires prioritized.
