Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with client teams to determine AI use cases, architect solutions, and ship production systems. You will balance consulting, engineering, and operations, proving value quickly in regulated environments and with Fortune 500 clients.

We expect 5+ years in software with production AI experience, advanced English, and a four-year degree. Remote work is supported, with strong emphasis on end-to-end delivery and client impact.

Qualifications

• Advanced English is required.
• Successful track record in client-facing discovery calls.
• Experience with enterprise clients and architectures.

Responsibilities

• Discover with stakeholders and map data, processes, and decisions.
• Structure process specs for automation to be understood by humans and AI.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems focusing on context and retrieval architecture.
• Build working AI-enabled systems and prototypes delivering real value in weeks.
• Operate CI/CD for AI pipelines, including versioning and eval suites.
• Provide Day 2 operations: observability, retrieval metrics, cost control, and handoff to client teams.
• Consult with CTOs and engineering leaders to defend decisions and quantify impact.
