FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with client teams to identify AI opportunities, architect end-to-end agentic systems, and deliver production-ready solutions. You will balance consulting with engineering, ensuring data quality, retrieval architecture, and governance are integral to deployment.

You’ll work with regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients, translating business problems into concrete AI-enabled outcomes and maintaining strong client relationships through

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Hands-on experience with frontier AI developer tools including Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or OpenAI Codex.
• Track record of leading client-facing discovery calls, asking “why” before “how” to decompose unstructured business problems.

Responsabilidades

• Discover. Run workshops and process discovery with business, data, and engineering stakeholders.
• Structure the process and the spec. Map current state, decisions, data inputs, and exceptions.
• Architect & design agentic systems end to end with emphasis on context and retrieval architecture.
• Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, evaluation tooling, and data flows.
• Engineer the delivery system: CI/CD for AI, prompts, versioning, and eval suites.
• Operate (Day 2): ensure monitoring, retrieval metrics, and handoff to client teams.
• Consult: defend decisions to CTOs and VPs, support pre-sales scoping when needed.
