FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with client teams to define AI problems, architect systems, and deploy production-ready solutions. You’ll act as consultant, operator, and engineer, handling data, retrieval, and model behavior to ensure trustworthy AI within regulated environments.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with at least one mainstream production stack.
• 1-4 years shipping agentic AI solutions in production.
• Advanced English is required.
• Bachelor's degree and strong CS fundamentals.
• Experience with AI developer tools in production.

Responsabilidades

• Discover by running workshops with stakeholders to assess data readiness.
• Structure processes and specs; turn automation into runnable specs.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems emphasizing context and retrieval.
• Build agents, retrieval services, eval tooling, and data flows.
• Own CI/CD for AI-enabled applications including versioning and gates.
• Operate Day 2: eval harnesses, observability, cost and latency, drift.
• Consult with CTOs and VPs; support pre-sales scoping.
