FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with client teams to design and ship AI-enabled solutions. You’ll be an advisor, operator, and engineer, shaping the problem, architecture, and delivery in collaboration with enterprise stakeholders.

You’ll own data, retrieval, model behavior, and the production readiness of end-to-end systems while operating in a remote, international setting for Fortune 500 clients.

Formación

• Proven software development experience in production stacks (Python/TS/Java/C#/Go).
• 4+ years shipping agentic AI solutions, LLM workflows, and RAG.
• Advanced English language skills required.
• Four-year college degree required.
• Experience with frontier AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, OpenAI Codex).
• Led client-facing discovery calls and aligns on business outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Run workshops and process discovery with stakeholders. Assess data readiness and distinguish AI from workflow problems.
• Map current state and create specifications for automation that both people and AI can execute reliably.
• Design end-to-end agentic systems with focus on data sourcing, retrieval, and orchestration.
• Ship working systems: agents, retrieval services, and evaluation tooling with rapid value delivery.
• Own CI/CD for AI-enabled products, including prompt and context versioning and eval suites.
