Job summary
FullStack seeks Forward Deployed Engineers who sit inside the client’s problem space, embedding with enterprise teams to architect, build, and sustain AI-powered solutions. You’ll act as consultant, operator, and engineer, capable of validating business cases with executives and delivering production-ready systems in weeks.
You’ll work with regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients, focusing on data, retrieval, and model behavior to ensure trustworthy AI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher required and strong English communication.
- Proven track record delivering AI/ML or agentic AI solutions in production.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams on large systems.
Responsibilities
- Discover and structure business processes for automation with AI-driven solutions.
- Architect end-to-end agentic systems emphasizing retrieval, data, and context.
- Build agents, retrieval services, and evaluation tooling with CI/CD integration.
- Operate post-launch monitoring, observability, and governance of AI systems.
- Engage with CTOs, VPs, and business leaders to defend decisions and quantify impact.
