FullStack is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with client teams, architect AI solutions, and deliver production-grade systems. You will drive discovery, design robust data and retrieval architectures, and own end-to-end delivery from concept to production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a production stack.
• 1-4 years shipping agentic AI solutions in production.
• Advanced English is required.

Responsibilities

• Discover: run workshops with stakeholders and assess data readiness.
• Structure: map current state and turn into executable specs.
• Architect & design: end-to-end agentic systems with context and retrieval.
• Build: ship agents, retrieval services, and evaluation tooling.
• Engineer the delivery system: CI/CD for AI and software.
• Operate (Day 2): maintain evals, observability, and cost management.
• Consult: defend decisions with CTOs, VPs, and business leaders.
