FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with enterprise teams, architect AI-enabled solutions, and deliver production-grade agents and retrieval architectures. You’ll balance consulting with hands-on engineering, validating business cases with executives and shipping end-to-end, guarded AI systems.

You’ll work across regulated industries for Fortune 500 clients, owning the delivery from discovery to production and ensuring solutions survive in production environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development with a production stack (Python, TS/Node.js, Java, C#, Go).
• 2+ years shipping agentic AI solutions and LLM workflows in production.
• Advanced English required; experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands-on with frontier AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or OpenAI Codex.

Responsabilités

• Discover business problems and run discovery workshops with stakeholders.
• Structure processes and write specifications for automated workflows.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems emphasizing context and retrieval.
• Build agents, retrieval services, and evaluation tooling.
• Own CI/CD for AI-enabled applications and versioning.
• Operate Day 2 duties: observability, costs, drift, and handoff to client teams.
• Present to CTOs/VPs and support pre-sales scoping when needed.
