Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B Enterprise Key Account Management, Customer Success, Client Relations, Consultancy, or Business Development.
• Proven experience driving customer retention and growth.
• Experience engaging and presenting to C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with top Tier 1 clients and drive retention and growth.
• Coordinate internal teams to resolve requests and escalations and ensure successful SaaS adoption.
• Monitor client health and contribute to improving customer experience and revenue.
