Job summary

Hitachi Energy Colombia S.A.S. seeks an experienced Real Estate leader to define and implement the regional real estate strategy across the Americas, with Colombia as the primary market.

The role oversees facilities, budgets, CAPEX, and contractor management to support operational goals. The ideal candidate brings extensive property/portfolio management experience, strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in real estate, finance, business administration, or project management.
• Property, portfolio, and facility management training/certification desired.
• 9+ years of experience in related functions.
• Extensive experience in property purchase, lease, and real estate development; knowledge of budgets and contracts.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; knowledge of SharePoint and MS Teams; SAP or similar ERP.

Responsibilities

• Define allocation of resources to meet real estate objectives.
• Manage space utilization to optimize costs.
• Plan maintenance and building works with technical specifications.
• Manage real estate budget and CAPEX plans with finance.
• Improve asset profitability through cost control.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
