PriceSmart is seeking an Associate Director, Client Services to provide strategic leadership across the Client Services function. You will set vision, priorities, and standards while ensuring collaboration between clients, Account Management, Project Management, and Creative teams.

As a senior leader, you will steer the ship across the creative ecosystem, guide decision-making, and align teams with business objectives, client expectations, timelines, and KPIs.

Formación

• Must have 10+ years in advertising agencies with leadership experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and senior managers.
• Strong client management, strategic partnership, and decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership to Client Services, Account Management, and Project Management.
• Lead and develop managers and senior professionals to high performance.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex client, project, and team situations.
• Establish clear priorities and expectations across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure collaboration between Account Management, Project Management, Creative, and Design.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of campaigns, ensuring quality and timelines.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to build long-term relationships.
• Facilitate communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution across teams.
• Monitor KPIs and project performance to ensure successful outcomes.
• Identify risks and remove roadblocks to drive timely decisions.
