Huge is seeking an Associate Creative Director to oversee world-class campaigns and brand storytelling for major clients. You will manage relationships, translate client briefs into visually compelling platforms, and guide multi-disciplinary teams through end-to-end production to ensure excellence.

With 8+ years in integrated brand creative work, you will set the art direction, mentor designers, and present concepts to executives.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in an integrated brand creative agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign and storytelling work.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills to inspire and motivate.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for clients and stakeholders.
• Passion for ideas and storytelling that connect with audiences.
• Ability to connect disciplines and craft briefs with strategy and delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary creative point of contact for world-class clients, managing relationships and aligning visual and artistic vision with business objectives.
• Lead big-idea conceptual thinking, turning client briefs into visually stunning campaigns and brand aesthetics.
• Pitch and present high-level visual concepts, moodboards, and treatments to senior client executives.
• Guide client feedback with creative authority, defending visual and design integrity while meeting business goals.
• Direct and inspire multidisciplinary teams (Designers, Art Directors, Strategists, Motion Designers, Photographers) through the entire creative and production process.
• Mentor and grow art directors and visual designers, fostering high-level aesthetic craftsmanship and storytelling excellence.
• Set overarching art direction pushing boundaries of visual design, photography, typography, and motion across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Drive visual innovation, keeping brand aesthetics ahead of design trends, tech, and culture shifts.
• Oversee full-scale creative production to translate ideas into flawless visual assets.
• Maintain uncompromising standards of design excellence and client satisfaction.
