Job summary

Power Digital Marketing is seeking a Director of Paid Advertising in a flexible work environment to lead a pod of strategists across Creative, Paid Media, Organic Search, or Social channels. You will report to the Managing Director and own people leadership and quality of work for your pod.

You will mentor team members, drive recruitment and onboarding, and ensure high performance while maintaining strong client relationships and strategic oversight across a diverse client book.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years of digital marketing experience
• 5+ years in an agency setting
• 5+ years managing a team
• Expert knowledge of how the channel functions within the marketing funnel

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a pod of Strategists within [Channel], including hiring and onboarding.
• Own team retention through development plans and coaching cadences.
• Provide executive-level oversight for client accounts within the pod.
• Oversee capacity planning and staffing alignment across the pod.
• Drive performance management with direct feedback and promotion recommendations.
• Act as Account Director on select pod clients.
