Power Digital is seeking a Creative Director to lead a pod of creative professionals and drive strategic client storytelling across channels. You will balance people leadership with hands-on craft, mentoring teams while piloting new tools and formats to raise the creative bar.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will guide design, copy, and production for top accounts, ensure delivery excellence, and push for growth, DEI initiatives, and ongoing development within the division.

Formación

• 7–8 years of digital marketing/creative experience, with 5+ years in an agency setting.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on, expert-level experience across creative disciplines (copywriting, design, production, strategy, and/or post-production).
• 5+ years of experience managing a team, including performance management and development planning.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a pod of creative professionals (Strategists, Designers, Editors, ACDs).
• Oversee client delivery with executive-level oversight for complex accounts.
• Own product quality through accountable QA and drive innovation and new tools adoption.
• Partner with leaders to stay ahead of creative trends and adapt processes.
