Power Digital is seeking a Creative Director to lead a pod of creative professionals, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution. You will guide creative strategy, mentorship, and client engagement across high-priority accounts to deliver exceptional results.

You will drive quality, foster innovation, and collaborate with R&D to pilot new tools and formats, paving the way toward a Managing Director level while maintaining craft excellence.

Formación

• 7–8 years of digital marketing/creative experience, including agency work.
• 5+ years leading and developing a creative team.
• A portfolio showing campaigns across multiple channels at scale.
• Executive-level presentation and client stakeholder communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a pod of creatives (strategists, designers, editors) including hiring and onboarding.
• Provide hands-on creative coverage for high-priority accounts and escalations.
• Maintain high creative standards and drive innovation within the book of business.
