Power Digital seeks a Creative Director to lead a pod of creative professionals, shaping strategy, and delivering high-impact work for key accounts. You will mentor teams, maintain a high creative bar, and partner with R&D to pilot new tools and formats that advance our division.

You will present to senior clients, steer day-to-day execution across channels, and drive retention and expansion through outstanding creative solutions and leadership.

Formación

• 7–8 years of digital marketing/creative experience, including agency work.
• 5+ years hands-on experience leading a creative team.
• Portfolio showing campaigns across multiple channels at scale.
• Executive-level presentation and client advisory skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a pod of creative professionals, owning hiring and development.
• Explain strategy to clients and lead from the front on campaigns.
• Provide hands-on coverage on channels for high-priority accounts.
• Oversee pod accounts and act as primary client escalation point.
• Drive quality, innovation, and creative product evolution.
• Collaborate with leadership to stay ahead of trends and tools.
