EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in digital transformation projects, especially in eCommerce and CMS.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, map processes, and translate needs into actionable specs, ensuring alignment with architecture, UX, and product owners. You will drive user stories, contribute to roadmaps, and guide QA/UAT activities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s considered a bonus.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst focused on digital transformation projects.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms (SAP Commerce, Magento, Shopify, CommerceTools).
• Experience with CMS tools (Contentful, Contentstack, WordPress or similar).
• Ability to lead requirements gathering for complex systems and produce clear specs.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and document business requirements for digital transformation projects, focusing on eCommerce or CMS.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate objectives into functional/technical specs.
• Perform process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design for digital workflows and customer journeys.
• Maintain alignment between business goals and technology with architects, developers, and product owners.
• Lead creation of user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria in Agile/Scrum.
• Support roadmaps for scalable digital initiatives and ensure performance and UX are prioritized.
• Conduct risk assessments and communicate changes to stakeholders; participate in workshops and status updates.
• Assist testing phases (UAT/QA) to ensure requirements are met.
