EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead complex initiatives from inception through delivery. You will drive delivery discipline, guide planning, manage releases, and partner with senior stakeholders to ensure successful implementations across digital components.

The role requires strong experience in software delivery management, solution architecture, and cross-team collaboration. You will work with global teams on modern platforms, CMS/eCommerce, and cloud-ready

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related discipline or equivalent advanced certification.
• 8+ years of relevant experience including 3+ years in lead/manager/coordinator roles.
• Experience managing a team of 20+ employees.
• 5 full-cycle projects or equivalent across different phases of the development lifecycle.
• Proven history of delivering complete software solutions in complex, distributed environments.
• Strong background in Software Delivery Management and Solution Architecture.
• Experience with digital systems, collaboration with senior stakeholders, and governance for large-scale programs.
• Knowledge of design systems, UX components, CMS/eCommerce familiarity, and cloud-based delivery.
