Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, debt collections, debt settlement, finance, banking or mortgage industries for a US-based company.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls of current clients and provide updates about their debt settlement program.
• Make outbound calls to current clients to resolve customer service tasks.
• Respond to service voicemails, emails, and text messages.
• Assist with getting approvals from clients regarding settlements.
• Update client accounts as needed.
