AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to partner with an internal data team on a Customer Data Platform initiative. You will build Snowflake semantic structures, clean and transform customer datasets, and develop AI-ready data models.

Expect to write production-grade SQL and Python, maintain documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. Remote work with Eastern Time overlap preferred.

Formación

• 4+ years writing complex, optimized SQL with window functions and semi-structured data
• Strong Python for data manipulation, automation, API/file processing, and data quality checks
• Hands-on experience in at least one major cloud data ecosystem (AWS, Snowflake, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong communication with business partners to translate needs into specs
• Rigorous documentation and code comment practices

Responsabilidades

• Design and evolve Snowflake data models and semantic views for the CDP
• Write production-grade SQL and Python for data transformation and wrangling
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical specs
• Parse and flatten semi-structured data (JSON, nested payloads) from cloud sources
• Maintain data dictionaries, model descriptions, and documentation
