AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to collaborate with an internal data team on a Customer Data Platform initiative. You will build Snowflake semantic structures, clean and transform customer and behavioral datasets, and develop AI-ready data models for a growing retail brand.

Expect production-grade SQL and Python, semantic views, and strong documentation. This role requires 4+ years of SQL expertise, Python proficiency, and cloud platform experience.

Formación

• 4+ years writing complex, optimized SQL with window functions and semi-structured data
• Strong Python skills for data manipulation, automation, and quality checks
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Snowflake, GCP, or Azure)
• Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to translate business needs into technical specs
• Rigorous documentation habits and clear code comments

Responsabilidades

• Model CDP data in Snowflake by cleaning, transforming, and structuring customer and behavioral datasets
• Develop Snowflake views, semantic models, and metadata to support AI and BI tools
• Prepare datasets for retail initiatives and cross-functional projects
• Write production-grade SQL and Python for data wrangling and automation
• Document data dictionaries and model descriptions; maintain clean repositories and git workflows
• Flatten semi-structured data (JSON) from cloud sources and build semantic views
