Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including executive updates.
• Experience leading end-to-end IT projects from planning through go-live and hypercare.
• Minimum 3 years in IT project management, with a focus on infrastructure or service delivery.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, endpoint management, and service desk operations.
• Bilingual English and Spanish (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full project lifecycle across IT migration and transition initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify, track, and report project risks and issues, with clear mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with IT teams, business stakeholders, end users, and third-party vendors.
• Ensure testing plans, deployment strategies, and rollback procedures are defined and executed.
• Provide oversight on infrastructure design decisions and configurations.
• Evaluate current-state environments against best practices and recommend improvements.
• Guide technical teams during implementation, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Deliver regular status reports and project dashboards to leadership.
