Qualifications

• 8+ years of Change Management experience.
• Strong experience in stakeholder engagement and executive communication.
• Experience developing communication plans and training programs.
• Knowledge of post-implementation support and adoption activities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, including EVP- and SVP-level stakeholders.
• Proven ability to implement structured change-management frameworks and drive sustainable adoption.
• Strong facilitation, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Experience supporting ERP transformation programs.
• Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent Change Management certification.
• Experience supporting technology, Finance, or enterprise business transformations.
• Background in continuous improvement and organizational capability development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change-management strategies for application development, support, and ERP transformation.
• Assess readiness, stakeholder impact, and resistance; apply structured change-management frameworks.
• Design and deliver stakeholder engagement, executive communication, training, awareness, and adoption programs.
• Lead post-implementation adoption and stabilization; report to EVP- and SVP-level Finance stakeholders.
