Auxis is seeking a Software Asset Management Senior Associate to support IT Operations Asset Management by managing software entitlements, lifecycle from procurement to retirement, and collaborating with IT teams, Procurement, Finance, and vendors to maintain accurate records and drive cost optimization.

You will perform compliance checks, assist audits, reconcile data, produce audit-ready artifacts, and help optimize license usage while aligning deployments to approved licensing rights and

Formación

• 4–7 years of experience in SAM, IT Asset Management, or related governance.
• Experience with audits, renewals, and vendor reporting.
• Understanding of licensing models (user/device, SaaS, concurrent).
• Certifications in ITIL, IAITAM, or ServiceNow SAM/ITAM are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate software asset records and licensing documents.
• Reconcile usage against entitlements to identify gaps.
• Support renewals by validating requirements and deployment constraints.
• Produce audit-ready evidence packages.
• Coordinate data collection for publisher audits and true-ups.
• Identify optimization opportunities and track savings.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Finance on PO, renewals, maintenance, and forecasting.
• Ensure deployments align to approved standards and licensing rights.
• Maintain SAM reporting and dashboards.
• Document and follow SOPs for SAM processes.
