Auxis is seeking a Project Manager within IT Operations to deliver technology initiatives through the standardized PMO service catalog, ensuring disciplined demand execution, project delivery, financial oversight, risk management, and governance. The role partners with Product, Architecture, Platform Owners, ITSM, and business stakeholders to drive predictable delivery aligned to portfolio priorities.

Qualifications

Strong enterprise project management and PMO delivery expertise.
Proven experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
Familiarity with PMO and ITSM tooling (ServiceNow PPM, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar).
Experience working with vendors and distributed/GDC delivery teams.
Strong stakeholder communication and executive-level reporting skills.

Responsabilités

Own end-to-end project delivery across planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, and dependency tracking.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, including GDC resources and vendors.
Manage budgets, forecasts, burn rates, and delivery variance.
Coordinate resource plans within established capacity and demand constraints.
Support capitalization, forecasting, and financial governance processes.
Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and cross-initiative dependencies.
Produce standardized PMO reporting (status, milestones, financials, KPIs).
Ensure adherence to PMO delivery standards and auditability requirements.
