SAP SE is seeking a recent graduate to join the Business AI Platform Commercial Office in Bogotá. You will support sales operations by handling service requests within defined workflows, maintain data accuracy, and guide requests to the appropriate experts.

Formación

Recent graduate with less than two years of work experience.
Foundational knowledge of customer service, workflow management, and data handling.
Familiarity with how service requests are processed; methodical, organized approach; willingness to learn operations systems.
Solid English communication skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, curiosity about technology and quality/customer satisfaction expected.

Responsabilidades
