You will guide design, development, and optimization of reporting using Power BI, SSRS, SQL, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling, partnering with stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful insights. You will also oversee architecture reviews, governance, and production support, while exploring AI-enabled tools to boost reporting productivity and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, BI, or related field.
10+ years delivering enterprise BI and reporting solutions.
Advanced expertise in Power BI, SSRS, SQL, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
Experience with SQL Server, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, and modern data architectures.

Responsibilities

Leading and developing a team of Power BI and SSRS developers.
Designing, building, and supporting enterprise reporting and business intelligence solutions.
Developing and optimizing SQL, DAX, Power Query, and semantic models.
Working with SQL Server, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, and enterprise data platforms.
Conducting architecture reviews, code reviews, and governance activities.
Managing production support, incident resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Partnering with business stakeholders to translate requirements into meaningful insights.
Leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, analytics, and development productivity.
