Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in client service, benefits administration, insurance, account management support, or a related role.
• Experience working with benefit plans, insurance documentation, renewals, or client administration processes is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using client management systems, reporting tools, or CRM platforms.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Review and compare benefit plan documents to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and clients to clarify discrepancies and obtain required information.
• Populate, update, and maintain renewal documents with accurate and up-to-date data.
• Prepare professional presentations and client-ready materials for meetings, renewals, and internal reviews.
• Maintain accurate client records and update coverage information within client management systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of renewals and policy updates.
• Facilitate the monthly delivery of Client Coverage Acknowledgements (CCA) and Compensation Disclosure documentation.
• Ensure all client documentation is complete, accurate, and delivered within established timelines.
• Generate, analyze, and distribute monthly reports, including business metrics, client activity, and operational reporting.
• Support internal and external client communications related to renewals, documentation, and ongoing service activities.
