• Understanding of the main challenges in employee benefit plans and current health care trends.
• Experience building client relationships and presenting information clearly in meetings or presentations.
• Experience with analytics tools, predictive modeling, databases, or data collection systems.
• Ability to manage several projects at once while keeping work accurate and on time.
• 2 to 3 years of brokerage or agency experience, which is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze benefits plan data to identify population risk, financial trends, and utilization patterns; use predictive modeling to help with forecasts.
• Support sales and prospecting efforts in the Large Group Practice by presenting plan performance reports, reviewing results, and sharing insights.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to set timelines and keep work moving; travel up to 10% for meetings and training.
