DexCare is seeking a Senior Back End Engineer, Tech Lead to expand the DexCare platform. You will drive architecture, define API standards, and mentor engineers across the team, interfacing daily with product managers and architects.

You will build and scale core services, work with AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker, and contribute to AI-driven backend capabilities for large-scale deployments.

Formación

• 7 years leading teams with architectural solutions.
• 7 years shipping enterprise software using SOA end-to-end.
• 5 years TypeScript/Node.js backend experience.
• 5 years Python backend development.
• 7 years working with strongly typed OO languages.
• 3 years building platforms with pub/sub messaging.
• 3 years RESTful and event-driven APIs at scale.
• Experience designing AI workflows and integrating LLMs in production back ends.
• Experience using Claude Code for AI-assisted development.

Responsabilidades

• Be a team player and champion the team’s back-end strategy.
• Build highly testable services with strong contracts.
• Proficient with test automation frameworks and validation across configurations.
• Configure and maintain a SaaS solution on AWS and Kubernetes with Docker.
• Design and interact with SQL and NoSQL databases, including migrations.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
