CI&T is seeking a Tech Lead (.NET) to guide our engineering team across Brazil, Colombia, the UK and the USA. You will shape the technical vision, architecture, and delivery of complex back-end services in C#, ADO.NET, and SQL Server.

You will mentor engineers, lead code reviews, and ensure robust SOAP/REST APIs, testing, monitoring, and CI/CD. English is the working language in a multicultural environment.

Formación

• Proven leadership experience as Tech Lead, Team Lead, or Principal Engineer in production.
• Deep hands-on experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• Strong understanding of ADO.NET and SQL Server for design and optimization.
• Experience designing SOAP and RESTful services, with XML serialization.
• Mastery of software design patterns, clean architecture, and distributed systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in multi-cultural settings.
• Advanced/Fluent English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve technical direction, architecture, and design patterns for back-end services.
• Oversee SOAP and REST API versioning, security, and best practices.
• Ensure reliability and scalability with testing, monitoring, and root-cause analysis.
• Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and foster engineering excellence.
• Oversee integration of legacy and modern systems for performance and decoupling.
• Drive CI/CD workflow optimization to improve velocity and deployment safety.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-border teams to translate requirements into roadmaps.
