DexCare is seeking a Senior Front End Software Engineer, Tech Lead to expand the DexCare platform. You will define front-end standards, mentor engineers, and work closely with product managers and solution architects to ship consumer-facing products.

You will lead architectural decisions, drive performance and accessibility, and collaborate with teams across the company to deliver scalable web applications with modern tooling.

Formación

• 7+ years leading frontend teams and driving architectural decisions.
• 7+ years shipping enterprise web applications.
• 5+ years building responsive SPAs with React.js and TypeScript.
• 3+ years with state management, build tooling, and performance optimization.
• 3+ years building web apps on Express/Node.js middleware.
• Experience integrating AI features in front-end apps with streaming UI patterns and LLM outputs.

Responsabilidades

• Be a team player and champion the front-end strategy.
• Build highly testable, component-based UI code with strong contracts.
• Proficient with Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library and validating across configs.
• Drive front-end architecture decisions including design systems, performance, and accessibility.
• Design and consume REST and GraphQL APIs with schema and contract reviews.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
