agilityFeat, Inc. is seeking a Backend Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs for distributed teams working remotely in Latam.

You will collaborate with frontend developers, ensure security and performance, and contribute to code reviews while writing clean, maintainable code in a fast-paced Agile environment. Fluency in English is required, as is a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4+ years of backend experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent.
• 4+ years of backend experience.
• Fluent English (B2+).
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs.
• Ensure system scalability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to define APIs.
• Troubleshoot and debug backend systems.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices.
• Contribute to code reviews.
