FullStack is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer skilled in Laravel and Go microservices. You will work with leading startups and Fortune 500 clients, either by augmenting client teams or by building FullStack products as part of a dedicated team.

The role requires 5+ years in backend software engineering, advanced English, and a four-year degree. Expect modern tech stack, high-traffic systems, and a remote-first work environment with agile practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Advanced English required.
• Bachelor's degree completed.
• Has developed, deployed, and maintained core monolithic backends using Laravel and PHP.
• Has extracted monolithic application logic and rewritten it into Go Microservices.
• Has scaled backend infrastructure for high-traffic launches and high concurrency.
• Experience with on-call engineering rotation and strict SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Join client teams to augment or build products on a daily basis.
• Design, build and maintain Laravel/PHP backends and Go microservices.
• Ensure scalable, reliable deployments with CI/CD and monitoring.
