The ideal candidate has strong Laravel and Go microservices experience and a proven track record of delivering scalable backend systems.

5+ years of backend software engineering experience.
Advanced English is required.
Four-year college degree required.
Experience with Laravel and PHP backends.
Experience rewriting monoliths to Go microservices.
Knowledge of CI/CD and scalable architectures.
Experience with Agile/Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

Team augmentation: embed into client teams daily.
Design & Build: work on FullStack product team for client delivery.
Maintain and scale high-traffic backend systems.
Ensure continuous integration and delivery of applications.
