FullStack is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer specializing in Laravel and Go microservices to join our remote team. You will work with top-tier clients either by augmenting their existing team or by designing and building solutions within a FullStack product group.

We seek 5+ years in backend software engineering, advanced English, and a four-year degree. You will rewrite monolithic backends into microservices, scale systems for high load, and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend software engineering.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Has developed, deployed, and maintained core monolithic backends using Laravel and PHP.
• Has extracted monolithic application logic and rewritten it into Go Microservices.
• Has scaled backend infrastructure to handle high-traffic product launches and high-concurrency user loads.
• Experience with on-call engineering rotation duties with strict SLAs (e.g., 15 minutes).
• Familiarity with payments, redemptions, or fraud prevention pipelines is a plus.
• Experience with frontend or mobile stacks (Next.js/React Native) is a plus.
• Ability to work across Agile/Scrum teams and own deliverables.
