Royal York Property Management is seeking an experienced receivables professional to oversee customer account accuracy, overdue balance recovery, payment follow-up, and collection reporting.

This senior individual-contributor role requires strong English communication, 4+ years in AR/collections, and experience supporting Canadian companies. You will work across multiple entities, maintain records, and drive actual collection outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration with accounting concentration or related field.
• Professional accounting designation is a plus but not mandatory.
• Direct experience in accounts receivable, collections, billing, or related accounting operations.

Responsabilidades

• Contact customers by phone and email regarding outstanding balances.
• Manage follow-up across 30-, 60-, and 90-day receivables.
• Investigate billing issues vs. collection risk and coordinate with internal teams.
• Prepare collection forecasts and aging summaries.
• Maintain accurate customer balances and billing records.
