Oowlish Technology is hiring a Senior Amazon Connect Engineer to architect and deliver enterprise contact center solutions with AWS serverless tech and Generative AI. You will design flows, build AI agents, and integrate with CRM, while collaborating with global clients and teams.

The role blends hands-on coding in TypeScript/Node.js and Python with frontend React work, requiring strong English communication and a passion for scalable cloud-native systems.

Formación

• 7+ years hands-on software engineering experience.
• 2+ years building enterprise-scale CCaaS/Amazon Connect or similar.
• Strong TypeScript/Node.js and Python development experience.
• Production React development experience.
• Strong AWS serverless engineering and IaC experience.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build enterprise contact center solutions using Amazon Connect.
• Develop and maintain contact flows, routing, profiles, cases, and tasks.
• Build AI-powered self-service and conversational experiences with Amazon Connect AI and Bedrock.
• Develop AI agents with tool-calling and business workflows.
• Implement conversational AI behaviors including escalation and error recovery.
• Develop backend integrations using AWS Lambda and serverless services.
• Build serverless architectures with EventBridge, Step Functions, SQS/SNS, DynamoDB, and Kinesis.
• Create admin experiences using React and Connect Streams API.
• Integrate contact center solutions with CRM and enterprise platforms.
• Infrastructure as Code using AWS CDK and Terraform.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines and automated tests; monitor production workloads.
• Troubleshoot production issues across voice, chat and AI components.
