Oowlish is seeking an experienced Senior Amazon Connect Engineer to build enterprise-scale contact centers, AI agents, and cloud-native solutions. You’ll work across Amazon Connect, Bedrock, and serverless AWS, delivering production-ready features and integrations for premier clients.

The role combines hands-on engineering with customer collaboration, mentoring, and knowledge transfer. Strong English communication and deep AWS serverless expertise are essential.

Formación

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• 2+ years building enterprise-scale CCaaS or Amazon Connect.
• Strong AWS serverless experience and cloud-native development.
• Experience with AI-powered conversational solutions and GenAI.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js and Python.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build enterprise contact center solutions with Amazon Connect.
• Develop AI-powered self-service and conversational experiences.
• Develop AI agents with tool-calling integrations and guardrails.
• Implement serverless backends using AWS services and IaC.
• Collaborate with customer teams, deliver production releases, and mentor others.
