Oowlish in Latin America is hiring a Senior Amazon Connect Engineer to design enterprise‑scale contact centers using Amazon Connect, AWS serverless technologies, and Generative AI.

You will build contact flows, AI agents, and integrations while modernizing large‑scale customer service platforms, collaborating with US/Europe teams and contributing to production releases and knowledge transfer.

Formación

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• 2+ years building enterprise-scale solutions with Amazon Connect or similar CCaaS.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience building conversational AI or Generative AI solutions.
• Proficient in TypeScript/Node.js and Python; production React experience.
• Experience with IaC and deploying production systems; excellent English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build enterprise contact center solutions using Amazon Connect.
• Develop contact flows, routing, profiles, cases, and tasks in Connect.
• Build AI-powered self-service and conversational experiences with Bedrock and Connect AI capabilities.
• Develop AI agents with tool-calling integrations and business workflows.
• Implement guardrails, escalation, and error recovery in conversations.
• Build serverless integrations using AWS Lambda and related services.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Collaborate with customer teams on technical decisions and deployments.
