WSP en Colombia seeks a senior software engineer to design, build, and scale AI-enabled, full‑stack applications in production. You will develop backend APIs, cloud-native components, and data pipelines supporting analytics workflows.

The role requires hands‑on experience with LLM workflows, embeddings, vector search, and RAG pipelines, plus strong Python/FastAPI or Node.js capabilities in a cloud environment such as Azure.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, including 2+ years leading the design, deployment, and scaling of LLM-based or agentic AI systems in production.
• Demonstrated experience designing end‑to‑end AI architectures, including data ingestion, retrieval, reasoning layers, and user‑facing applications.
• Strong experience with LLM workflows, including prompt engineering, evaluation strategies, agent orchestration, and tool integration.
• Hands‑on experience with embeddings, vector search, and RAG pipelines, including performance optimization and retrieval quality improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full‑stack applications integrating AI and data capabilities.
• Develop backend APIs and cloud‑native components for scalable data workflows.
• Integrate LLMs, agentic workflows, and NLP into production systems.
• Contribute to knowledge‑based and data‑driven platform evolution.
• Develop data pipelines and knowledge components (semantic layers, knowledge graphs).
• Collaborate with analytics, data science, knowledge engineering, and digital product teams.
• Translate requirements into scalable, production‑ready solutions with secure, testable code.
• Support CI/CD, Git workflows, and DevOps automation.
