Caseware is seeking a senior AI platform architect to define and evolve the technical architecture of its AI platform. You will design, build, and operate AI systems powered by LLMs and retrieval pipelines, establishing governance and auditability across teams.

You will lead architecture reviews, collaborate across Product, QA, Security, and Engineering, and balance speed with long-term platform health while driving reliability and observability.

Formación

• 8+ years of software engineering with impact beyond a single team.
• 2+ years building/operating production AI systems.
• Experience designing distributed, cloud-native platforms at scale.
• Experience with AI guardrails, governance, and safety.
• Strong English communication and collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve the technical architecture for Caseware's AI platform.
• Design, build, and operate AI systems powered by LLMs and retrieval pipelines.
• Establish governance, traceability, and auditability frameworks.
• Translate AI advances into practical platform capabilities.
• Lead architecture reviews, RFCs, and hands-on collaboration.
• Balance delivery speed with maintainability and long-term health.
• Drive reliability, observability, and incident response across AI systems.
• Partner with Product, QA, Security, and Engineering teams.
