CI&T is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own end-to-end architecture of distributed, cloud-native systems, from infrastructure as code (AWS CDK) to production operations. You will translate business needs into technical plans and drive alignment with product and engineering teams.

The role demands strong AWS experience, hands-on expertise with JavaScript/TypeScript, and a security‑first mindset, plus mentoring responsibilities for junior engineers.

Formación

• Proficiency in English at C1 level or higher.
• Strong professional software development experience.
• Extensive programming experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience leading design or architecture of distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud-native apps on AWS (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Bedrock, SQS, SNS, ECS).
• Experience with generative AI and AI tooling.
• Mentor/tech lead experience.
• Proven track record delivering scalable production software.

Responsabilidades

• Own architecture of distributed, cloud-native systems end-to-end (IaC with AWS CDK).
• Translate business requirements into scoped, shippable technical plans and drive alignment.
• Raise technical bar through code reviews, design critiques, and mentoring.
