AppSpring is seeking a results-driven PM with a solid technical background to steer cross-functional software squads, maintain sprint velocity, and align with clients. You will lead daily agile rituals, coordinate scope and timelines, and proactively resolve risks to keep projects on track.

Requirements include 4+ years managing software projects, Scrum expertise, and fluent English for direct client communication. The role offers a 100% remote framework and opportunities for PM certifications.

Formación

• 4+ years managing software projects in B2B or tech environments.
• Expert knowledge of Scrum, agile tools (Jira, ClickUp) and estimation techniques.
• Fluent English, with strong client-facing communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day agile operations: stand-ups, sprint planning, retros, backlog grooming.
• Serve as primary liaison between AppSpring development teams and North American client teams.
• Coordinate scope, timelines, and deliver budget review tracking weekly.
• Identify and resolve project risks, dependency blockages, and bottlenecks early.
• Foster high performance, psychological safety, and accountability within engineering squads.
