Kaseya is seeking a Senior Analyst, GTM Territory Planning to design, execute, and maintain territory models across Account Management, New Customer Acquisition, and Specialist teams. You will translate headcount data, productivity benchmarks, and business priorities into structured outputs to guide territory design and resource allocation.

You will build capacity planning models, Day-in-the-Life analyses, and coverage analyses to ensure balanced territory coverage.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in GTM Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Territory Planning, or closely related analytical role in B2B SaaS.
• Experience building or supporting territory models, capacity planning frameworks, and coverage analyses in a structured sales org.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and CRM data governance processes.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis techniques with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support design, implementation, and maintenance of territory models across multiple orgs.
• Build and maintain territory allocation frameworks balancing market opportunity and workload.
• Analyze territory performance to identify imbalances and optimization opportunities.
• Develop territory design recommendations for leadership review.
• Build capacity planning models to determine headcount requirements.
• Develop Day-in-the-Life models and support ratio analyses to establish workload expectations.
• Monitor hiring plans against AOP targets and update planning assumptions.
• Evaluate productivity benchmarks and coverage metrics for resource utilization.
• Maintain books of business and ensure territory assignments remain balanced.
• Support annual and in-year territory planning cycles with data prep and governance.
• Document account changes through governance processes including Salesforce case mgmt.
• Conduct impact assessments for account segment changes affecting coverage and allocation.
• Maintain records of territory assignments and planning decisions as truth.
• Support customer segmentation analyses and leadership reporting.
• Define reporting requirements for dashboards and recurring planning reports.
• Prepare territory health summaries and capacity utilization reporting for leadership.
