RTX is seeking a Sr Active Directory Developer with a strong focus on Identity Management to join our IT team in Puerto Rico. You will design, implement, and manage identity solutions across the Active Directory environment, ensuring secure authentication, authorization, and provisioning for enterprise users.

Responsibilities include configuring AD, building IAM policies, and integrating IAM with enterprise apps.

Formación

• 8+ years of identity and AD experience.
• 5 years AD architecture, design, and admin.
• 5 years PowerShell scripting for identity tasks.
• 5+ years Linux admin with LDAP.
• University Degree or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Design, deploy, and manage Active Directory with focus on IAM.
• Develop IAM solutions for secure authentication, authorization, and provisioning.
• Create identity management policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Monitor and troubleshoot AD and IAM issues for high availability.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate IAM with applications and systems.
• Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools for identity management.
• Provide Level 2 and 3 support for IAM/AD issues.
• Stay current with IAM trends, SSO, MFA, RBAC.
