RTX Enterprise Services is seeking a Senior SharePoint Developer to lead and advance our Microsoft 365/SharePoint Online environment in Puerto Rico. You will own architecture, development, and governance, working with Entra ID and Graph APIs within a remote team.

You will guide others, optimize custom tools, and contribute to operational planning. Strong communication and GCC High experience are highly valued. This position is remote with expectations to travel to Santa Isabel as needed.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years relevant experience or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience developing and architecting solutions in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with SharePoint Online architecture and development, Microsoft Graph/REST APIs/CSOM, C#, PowerShell automation, Entra ID concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as subject-matter expert for SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID within the team.
• Act as SharePoint Online administrator: permissions, site architecture, content types, site settings, and tenant configuration.
• Develop and enhance custom compliance tools, including deployment, maintenance and optimization.
• Develop and support site provisioning solutions ensuring reliability and alignment with practices.
• Build and improve PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, lifecycle management, and governance activities.
• Investigate and resolve complex issues spanning multiple systems.
• Contribute to roadmaps, standards, and process improvements; manage moderately sized projects.
• Coach and guide lower-level developers and administrators.
• Communicate with partners, vendors, and IT groups; follow English work instructions.
