RTX Enterprise Services in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico, seeks a Mobility Operations Specialist to build, test, and maintain mobility operations solutions. You will translate vendor products into deployable services, provide engineering and fourth‑level support for mobile devices, security, and MDM tools, and collaborate with global teams.

The role covers end‑user support, system design, and process improvements, with a remote work arrangement but requirement to reside in Puerto Rico.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent with 5+ years experience.
• Experience with international teams and end users.
• Experience delivering written and verbal reports to audiences of varying seniority.
• Experience with Vendor Management.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management Software.
• Experience with ServiceNow or related software.
• Experience with wireless service providers.
• Experience with help desk ticketing software.
• Experience with Customer Support.
• Experience with Project Management.

Responsabilidades

• Support end users across the enterprise (US and internationally).
• Design and develop enterprise mobility operations solutions.
• Partner with BU Mobile Leads on system consolidation and escalations.
• Track and close ticket escalations using MDM software.
• Create and modify Knowledge Based Articles.
• Drive engineering and service technology innovations.
• Consolidate Mobile Operations Processes.
• Provide architecture, administration, maintenance, monitoring, backup for MDM environments.
• Identify improvements in service delivery and security.
• Manage upgrades of on-premise and cloud servers.
• Maintain SOPs and System Architecture guides.
